My first visit
We want every dental visit to be a great experience, starting with your first one. Here's everything you need before your first visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and plan to spend about 90 minutes in our office. You will receive a comprehensive oral examination and x-rays to help your dentist assess your oral health. Our team at 5 Corner Dental will look for signs of tooth decay, bone loss, oral cancer, and Periodontal (Gum) Disease.
What we need before your appointment? To be able to serve you better we need your insurance information, and the name and phone number of last dental office you have been there (if you have recent x-rays )at least 2 business days before your appointment.
Financing & insurance
We work with any kind of insurance. We will submit the service after it has been completed in the office.
Please note, we need your insurance information as soon as possible to be able to set it up or provide an estimate for your upcoming appointment.
